Youth Fitness Program (YFP)
Children Sports International offers group strength conditioning training for all children, regardless of gender, skill, athletic or fitness level. Our Youth Fitness Program is specifically designed for younger children, middle school, high school, as well as sport teams. Since we train in small groups, we ensure everyone receives maximum one-on-one attention. No matter what sport you child currently plays, this fitness program will help your child develop the skills they need to succeed in life and in sports.
Program Duration: A suggested $20 donation provides each child with one month of group strength conditioning training, three times a week. Each training session lasts 1 hour (60 minutes)

Level 1- FUNDAMENTAL FITNESS– Ages 6-10
During this age, children are eager to learn new skills and develop new muscular movement patterns. Our FUNDAMENTAL FITNESS PROGRAM is designed to introduce and create a solid foundation of overall athletic performance in a fun and positive environment.  This program places an emphasis on running technique, athletic coordination, flexibility, balance, and strength.  These skills are vital in establishing a child's athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention, self-esteem and long-term enjoyment of sports participation.

Level 2- ADVANCED FITNESS- Ages 11-14
As the child gets older, they will discover the importance of developing neuromuscular patterns and the importance of maintaining their health. Our ADVANCED FITNESS PROGRAM focuses on progressing and maintaining sports-specific movement while refining and ingraining fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power. Rehearing these functional movement patterns leads to long-lasting and improved athletic performance.

Level 3- ELITE FITNESS- Ages 15-18
During this stage, adolescent children have increased in height, weight, strength and playing intensity; therefore the need for improved joint strength is essential for reducing the chance of injury. Our ELITE FITNESS PROGRAM will emphasize on fine-tuning neuromuscular patterns and help develop the child’s overall athleticism and performance. These training sessions will mimic the demands of sport ensuring mastery of speed, change of direction and optimal body mechanics. This program also focuses on increasing the athlete’s strength and power output, which translates into optimal athletic performance.
